Booking Terms
Thank you for choosing JYE Photo Studio. These booking terms apply to all product photography, styled photography, social media content, and product video services booked with us.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after the shoot details, quotation, and payment terms have been agreed upon. A deposit may be required to secure your shoot date.
Shoot dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before the shoot begins. The remaining balance must be paid before the final edited photos or videos are delivered.
Final files will only be released after full payment has been received.
3. Product Delivery
Clients are responsible for sending the products to JYE Photo Studio before the scheduled shoot date.
Products should be clean, complete, and in good condition. Any special handling instructions must be shared before the shoot.
Return delivery, courier fees, or collection arrangements are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shoot Direction
Before the shoot, clients should provide clear information such as preferred style, background, angles, mood, references, and usage purpose.
JYE Photo Studio will use the provided brief to guide the shoot direction. If no specific direction is given, we will style and shoot the product based on our professional recommendation.
5. Creative Style
Our work focuses on clean, professional, and brand-friendly product visuals. While we will follow the agreed direction as closely as possible, slight creative differences may occur due to lighting, product material, colour reflection, styling, or editing style.
6. Turnaround Time
The estimated turnaround time will be shared during booking. Turnaround time starts after we receive the products, final brief, and required payment.
Delays may occur if product samples arrive late, the brief is incomplete, or additional changes are requested.
7. Revisions
Basic revisions may include minor adjustments such as brightness, cropping, colour tone, or small retouching changes.
Major changes, reshoots, new styling direction, or additional editing beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Raw or unedited files are not included unless agreed before the shoot.
8. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please inform us as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to our availability.
Last-minute changes may affect the delivery timeline.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation terms may apply once a booking is confirmed, especially if shoot preparation, planning, or studio time has already been arranged.

10. Usage Rights
Final edited images and videos may be used by the client for their own brand, website, e-commerce store, social media, advertisements, and marketing purposes.
JYE Photo Studio retains the right to use selected images or videos for portfolio, website, and social media showcase unless the client requests confidentiality before the shoot.
11. Product Care
We will handle all products with care during the shoot. However, JYE Photo Studio is not responsible for damage caused by fragile product condition, poor packaging, courier handling, or pre-existing defects.
Clients should inform us in advance if the product is fragile, valuable, perishable, or requires special care.
12. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
Extra products not included in the original quotation
Additional images or videos
Urgent delivery
Reshoots due to client changes
Complex styling or special props
Product cleaning, preparation, or assembly
Courier or return delivery fees
Any additional charges will be discussed before proceeding.
13. File Delivery
Final edited files will be delivered through an online download link or other agreed method.
Clients are encouraged to download and save their files promptly. JYE Photo Studio may not store completed project files permanently.
14. Agreement
By confirming a booking with JYE Photo Studio, you agree to the booking terms stated above.
